Marketing automation – emails that send themselves
Build flows that follow up, remind and segment automatically. You set the rules once, then the flow keeps working in the background. Safe and simple, since 2003.
- Trigger-based flows for follow-ups and reminders
- Build visually with drag and drop, no code
- Works right away with newsletters, SMS and events
What is marketing automation?
Marketing automation lets you send the right email at the right moment, all by itself. You describe what should happen in a visual diagram, and Paloma runs the flow in the background as soon as a contact meets the conditions.
A flow is built from three parts: a trigger that starts it, one or more conditions that decide the path, and the actions to carry out. With a timer you can schedule the steps. The result is follow-ups, reminders and segmentation that happen without manual work. In Paloma, marketing automation is simply flows you build yourself, step by step.
- Welcome series for new contacts
- Reminders before and after events
- Segmentation by behaviour and interest
- Follow-up on clicks and opens

Timer
Wait minutes, days or weeks between steps.
Condition

From trigger to finished automation
Choose a trigger
Start the flow on an event, such as a new contact, a click in an email or a set time.
Add conditions
Branch the flow with conditions on the data you have, for example town, interest or behaviour.
Add actions
Send an email or SMS, set a field value or add the contact to a list, all in the same flow.
Schedule the steps
Add timers to wait between steps, or run the flow on a recurring schedule.
Activate the flow
Switch the flow on and let it work in the background. Pause or adjust it at any time.

Questions about marketing automation? We're here for you
Why choose Paloma for marketing automation?
With marketing automation in Paloma, you set up your communication once and then let it keep working by itself. You build the flow visually in a drag-and-drop editor, choose a trigger, add conditions and actions, and schedule the steps with timers. When a contact meets the conditions, the flow starts automatically.
The flows work right away together with newsletters, SMS and events, so that one and the same contact journey can weave several channels together. You can follow up clicks and opens, segment by behaviour and interest, and send reminders without manual work. If you need to connect Paloma to other systems, you do it through Paloma's API.
Paloma has been developed in Hedemora in Dalarna since 2003. The platform is run and hosted in Sweden with GDPR-compliant handling, and our support sits in the same town as the development team. That makes it easy to get help that is close by and personal, however advanced the flows you build.
