What is included in the free account?
The free account includes up to 250 emails a month, 80 event attendees and 5 SMS. You don't need a credit card, and there is no lock-in period.
How much does Paloma cost?
Bas costs 95 SEK a month and includes newsletters with 500 emails a month. Act costs from 395 SEK a month with 1,000 emails a month and phone support. Go+ costs from 695 SEK a month and includes two modules. Pro costs from 1,295 SEK a month and includes all modules.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. None of the plans has a lock-in period.
How many contacts can I have?
The number of contacts is unlimited in every plan.
Which modules can I combine in Go+?
In Go+ you choose two modules: newsletters and automation, newsletters and events, newsletters and SMS, or events and SMS. A starting volume is included in each module.
What support is included?
Support by email, chat and the help center is included in every plan. Phone support is included from Act. Go+ and Pro include one hour of personal onboarding, and Pro also includes priority support and a two-hour training package.
Can I change plans or adjust the volume?
Yes. You adjust the volume as you grow and can change plans whenever you like.
Can I add SMS or events later?
Yes. SMS, events and marketing automation are added as modules right inside the platform when you are ready.
