Editor accounts for collaboration on email sends

Collaboration can be a prerequisite for securing continuous sends of quality newsletters and other email. Simply keeping up, and doing it well. In Paloma, you can add the editor accounts feature, which means that you can share the tasks. The tool offers a reliable solution and a stable structure for editorial and administrative collaboration – regardless of the size of your organization.

Add users with different permission levels, share templates and mailing lists, and gather images, documents and other files in a file archive.

Add and manage users

With the editor accounts add-on, you can choose Manage users under your account settings. There you can invite one or more other users by filling in their names and email addresses. At the same time, you mark which permissions the user should have.

Paloma has two permission levels.

Create and send newsletters
Create newsletter templates

Create and send newsletters gives the following permissions:

Create and edit newsletters
Send newsletters
Contacts
Statistics
Tracking.

Create newsletter templates gives permission to:

Create newsletter templates
Publish newsletter templates.

(If you use any of Paloma's other tools, you also mark the user's permissions for those here.)

When you have added a user, they receive a welcome email.

Lock selected parts of your templates

When you have created a template, you can choose to lock parts of it to make sure that your visual identity is maintained and that your sends are always professionally designed. That also makes it safe for all users.
